Orders

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@possumridgeco.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships. Once an order has been processed or handed off to the carrier, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

Processing and Shipping

We ship to eligible destinations shown at checkout using the available carrier options displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Possum Ridge Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or property office first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@possumridgeco.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Because beard oil is a personal grooming product, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered-with items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage during shipment.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Scent Preferences

We do our best to describe each scent clearly, but fragrance is personal. Scent preference, strength, or how a scent wears on your skin or beard may vary from person to person.

Opened products are not eligible for return or refund due to scent preference.

Product Use and Safety

Possum Ridge Co. beard oils are made for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest.

Before use, review the ingredients listed on the product page and/or product label. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or known ingredient sensitivities, perform a small patch test before regular use.

All payments are processed securely through our website checkout and approved third-party payment providers. Possum Ridge Co. does not store full payment card details.
